Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient delivery route.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship CBD products to certain states. If your state is one of them, you will be notified at checkout, and the order will not be processed.
Damages
Cured Hemp & CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
